I liked the friendly and efficient reception staff. Restaurant staff were also attentive. The bathroom had good facilities. The rooms were very comfortable.
The hotel advertises itself as adults only, but it is not. The hotel offered earplugs.

comfortable room amazing shower arty decor awful display glowing panel air con unit
the room had a comfort and a lovely size. the beds, they were very comfortable too. the bathroom are lovely and the shower was amazing. the hotel decor was so arty and luxurious.
the light switch display are awful. the panels glowed all night, and that was very off putting when i tried to sleep. couldn't even get the air con unit to work either.

great view clean room excellent location helpful staff
the rooftop bar provided a great view.. i enjoyed the clean and spacious room. i also found the location excellent, as it allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff offered helpful food recommendations and answered my questions with a smile.

the location was great. i could easily walk to most sites. the restaurant upstairs was nice (i liked the atmosphere). the staff treated me well.
information about the parking space was unclear. "private parking" is listed, but it has a very limited number of slots. i was not lucky enough to reserve a slot. i had to park somewhere nearby, costing nearly €50 a day (that's too much).

nonexistent parking long delays
The hotel listed parking as a facility, but it does NOT exist. Reception directed us to an off-site parking garage with a height restriction that our car couldn't clear. the elevator wait times were EXCESSIVE. I think only two elevators served ALL guests, causing LONG delays.

I found the location convenient. the receptionist gave a warm welcome. I wish i had asked for their name. alexander handled the check-out. He was very polite. i look forward to my return visits.
there are only two elevators, so i had to wait longer than expected.
